- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply pack the product and send it back to us. We will cover all return shipping costs.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.
- Refund Amount: The refund will include the full product price and the original shipping fee.
- Refund Method: The money will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges and Replacements
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- We will cover all shipping costs for the return of the original item.
- We will also cover the shipping costs for the new, exchanged, or replaced product sent to you.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund instead.
