About Your Order
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes. You can request to cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of the purchase time. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as the order will have moved into our processing phase.

The total delivery time is between 14-20 business days, which includes 4-8 business days for order processing and 10-12 business days for transit time.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.

Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

No. Snazzyly will cover all return shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The money will be refunded to your original payment method.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order. We will assist you throughout the process, including covering all shipping costs.
